Letters to the Universe

Dear loyal followers (all 6 of you),

Please don’t hate me. School picked up and my workload probably won’t get any better until the end of the semester, but, in other news, my very own mother got married. Everyone do their happy dance! 🙂

Anyhoo, I am writing tonight to tell you that Josh Groban’s new album, “Illuminations” will be released officially tomorrow. (more happy dancing in order). Three years ago, I saw Josh Groban in concert at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City. The day before the concert, the 7th Harry Potter book was released. I didn’t sleep that weekend. Josh touched my hand, I was nearly in tears. (yes, fangirl status activated.) I remember it very well. Since then, I have seen him perform live about 9 times. Living in New York gave me great access and I am forever grateful. But, I have moved to San Francisco and while he is on the east coast currently, I will be stuck, joshless and sad, buried in homework…Also ironically, the 7th Harry Potter movie is coming out this week also. Josh+HP=wonderous.

This is the end of my fangirl..I promise…its not usually a color I show, but, when I can, I do. Especially for these two amazing events.

PS: Josh, if this comes up in your gmail alerts, I want you to know that at first, your album sounded a little wonky, but, honestly, I think it’s beautiful…All the acoustics and those few classics thrown in, it really is a wonderful cut. Thank you for sharing it with your fans early. My one request is a tour stop in San Francisco, unless the tour is in summer, then Southern CA….well, email me, we’ll discuss it. 🙂
